Private Amazon Wrapper (Android)

A hardened, open-source WebView wrapper for Amazon.co.uk designed to provide a "Digital Faraday Cage" for your shopping experience. This app eliminates background telemetry, strips tracking headers, and isolates your Amazon session from the rest of your device.

🛡️ Privacy Features

Unlike the official Amazon app or standard mobile browsers, this wrapper implements several layers of active privacy hardening:

X-Requested-With Stripping: Prevents Amazon from identifying that you are using a specific Android app, masking your traffic as a standard mobile browser.
Telemetry & Ad Blocking: Includes a built-in filters.txt that actively intercepts and drops requests to known Amazon tracking endpoints (e.g., fls-eu, unagi, device-metrics).
Fingerprint Mitigation: Injects custom JavaScript to break common browser fingerprinting techniques:
- Disables WebRTC to prevent local IP leaks.
- Muffles Canvas & WebGL reporting.
- Reduces hardware concurrency reporting to a generic value.
Zero Permissions: This app requires zero Android permissions. It cannot access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or external storage.
Cookie Isolation: Blocks all third-party cookies by default, preventing cross-site tracking while maintaining your login session for Amazon.co.uk.
HTTPS Enforcement: Hardened via network_security_config to deny all cleartext (HTTP) traffic.

🛠️ How to Build

Clone the repository.
Open in Android Studio.
